These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of vallonis.org (the "Site"), operated by Vallonis Consulting LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Vallonis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The content of this Site is provided for general informational purposes about our services. It is not an offer, a solicitation, or a binding commitment, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and Vallonis. Engagements begin only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Vallonis Consulting LLC is not a law firm, an accounting firm, a registered investment adviser, or a commercial registered agent, and it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Nothing on this Site constitutes such advice, and no attorney-client, accountant-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by using the Site or by contacting us. Business formation, tax elections, regulatory filings, and comparable matters should be decided with a licensed attorney and a licensed tax professional of your choosing. We coordinate with those professionals; we do not substitute for them.
No confidential information
Please do not send confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the Site or by unsolicited email. Information sent before a written engagement is in place will not be treated as confidential and will not create any duty of confidentiality on our part.

The Site and its contents - including text, layout, graphics, and the Vallonis name and logo - are owned by Vallonis Consulting LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. The effective date above indicates when they were last revised, and your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
